Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of social networks on academic procrastination and exam anxiety. For this purpose a sample of 341 students of Allameh tabatabai university dormitory stratified random sampling method used in this research. Instruments these are used in this research were Solomon and Rasblum and Sarason test anxiety questionnaire. The data that was obtained by multiple regression analysis and Pearson correlation, Anova and the independent T-test assumptions in this test (normality of the dependent variables and multiple liner and equal variance) were considered and approved the following assumptions hypotheses were tested. The results showed that there is a significant and positive correlation between use of social networks and academic procrastination and anxiety ,and also there are no significant differences between male and female students and also the levels of education in the academic procrastination and anxiety. Furthermore the girls use of social networks more than boys.
