Digital technology is quietly revolutionising insurance distribution. The Internet, mobile devices, telematics and social network are all radically changing how insurers and their customers interact. Customers have greater access to information to evaluate their risk exposures and are becoming more self-directed in how they choose to fulfil their insurance needs.
